Speeding up of line to Havlíčkův Brod continues
The builders will reconstruct the railway substructure and superstructure, all bridge structures, railway overpasses and overhead contact lines. At the same time, state-of-the-art signalling equipment will be installed. The line speed will increase from the current 100 km/h to 160 km/h.
All railway stations will undergo reconstruction. At Přibyslav station, both platforms will be repaired, and the pedestrian underpass will be completed with lifts. In addition, the passing station track for long freight trains will be extended. The stop in Přibyslav will gain a previously missing pedestrian underpass, and the Stříbrné Hory stop will also undergo a complete reconstruction. A new platform will be built at Pohled station, accessible via a pedestrian underpass with lifts. The construction also includes necessary modifications to the station buildings in Přibyslav and Pohled to accommodate the technology.
The entire construction will be carried out while maintaining single-track operation. The main capacity restriction will begin this June, with the most intensive work lasting all next year and partly into 2026.
The contractor of the works will be the company Chládek & Tintěra. Its bid was CZK 2,770,989,541, while the highest admissible bid price was CZK 3,001,635,646.
The implementation of the project Reconstruction of the line section Přibyslav – Pohled will be co-financed by the European Union from the Cohesion Fund within the Operational Programme Transport 2021–2027. National funding will be provided by Státní fond dopravní infrastruktury (State Fund for Transport Infrastructure).Soubory ke stažení
