Správa železnic, státní organizace, offers individual transfers of receivables on behalf of debtors as specified in the list below.

The only criterion for the assignment of a receivable is the amount offered for payment and profitability of the payment terms.

If you are interested in any of the listed receivabled, please submit a written offer by the deadline specified in the list of receivables including the affidavit that you possess the appropriate funds to execute the payment for the assignment of receivables in the amount offered.

The bids shall be sent as registered mail or submitted in person with the Filing Office of Správa železnic, Dlážděná 1003/7, Praha 1, 110 00, in a sealed envelope, and identified as "OFFER FOR RECEIVABLE ASSIGNEMENT“ "DO NOT OPEN!" in the upper left corner below sender´s address.

bids can be ALSO submitted after the deadline, however without guarantee of being listed for the assessment.

The negotiations about the offer made by Správa železnic are not binding and do not create any legal right to conclude a contract for the assignment of receivables.

The receivables listed are the receivables of Správa železnic (including receivables taken over from České dráhy that ceased to exist). These receivables arise for instance from transport contracts and services related to transport by rail, from lease agreements, non-performance or different supplies, etc. The above data are indicative only and more information on individual receivables can be obtained from contacts named in the list of receivables.
